James Blevin, CEO
James’s skillset as a technician and communicator aligns well with Youturn’s mission to support more people to live healthy and meaningful lives. Amidst a national expansion, his efforts continue to be instrumental in clarifying Youturn’s priorities and nurturing the company as an employer of choice.
James’s enthusiasm for community welfare remains a driving force in his role as a not-for-profit CEO. Beyond his responsibilities at Youturn, he generously dedicates his time to community service. He serves as a dedicated school board member and proudly holds the position of Founding Director of a conservation fund.

Darce Foley, General Manager, Community Services
Having worked extensively in government and non-government areas of social welfare and the community sector for more than 20 years, Darce has an in-depth understanding of the deliverables required to tackle the complexities and intricacies of breaking the cycle of homelessness and social disadvantage.
Darce is compelled by the belief that each person has the right to secure and stable accommodation and is driven by this to empower people to meet the challenges of their lives within a supportive and safe home environment and community.

Amanda Glenwright, General Manager, Health Services
With a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters in Health Service Management specialising in Health Economics, Amanda understands community-based service delivery models and has collaborated on multiple publications and research projects. One of these projects has now gone on to be implemented in hospitals throughout Queensland and overseas.

Terry Plant, Chief Financial Officer
A Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Terry has a deep understanding of good governance with regards to not-for-profit finances, and the intricacies of funding requirements from State and Commonwealth bodies.
Terry is committed to ensuring that our programs deliver value for money services to our young and vulnerable users and their families.

Susanna Bradley, General Manager, People and Performance
Susanna has recently joined Youturn to cover a period of parental leave, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in People and Culture roles across the UK, Europe, and for the past 22 years, Australia. She has held senior leadership positions across both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, with a strong focus on community health, aged care, human services, and education.
With a proven track record in driving change and delivering business outcomes through innovative and strategic HR practices, Susanna is passionate about creating values-based workplace cultures that prioritise collaboration, communication, and shared purpose. She prides herself on motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals while fostering strong organisational engagement.
Susanna is excited to contribute her expertise in organisational development, leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning to support Youturn’s mission and people during her time with the organisation.
